The rooftop at Koos Hotel was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the swings at the bar. The air conditioner in the room was a lifesaver in the heat, and the complimentary bikes made it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful design, convenient location, and attentive service.

My thanksgiving stay was amazing! The hotel was located in a trendy neighborhood with plenty of new developments and condos. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with bike rentals and recommendations for taxis. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a great design. I loved the convenience of renting bikes and exploring the area on my own. the area was very safe.

The hotel lacked soundproofing in the rooms, which made sleeping difficult as I could hear noises from the outside and other guests. during heavy rain, water seeped into the room, making things very unpleasant.

the common areas were heavily infested with mosquitoes, resulting in many bites. the pool did not seem clean enough and appeared to be poorly maintained.
